Add/Link Feature flags on a JIRA card

I want to link feature flags into my JIRA card. I have added the Releases section and I can see the Add Feature flag in the card as below.

RELEASES

Add feature flag

Though it navigates to launchdarkly and add the JIRA task ID in the custom properties when I click on 'Add Feature Flag', it does not get saved into the JIRA issue itself. How can this get resolved?

Either option you select it redirects to launchdarkly and add the JIRA number in the custom properties.

I already have LaunchDarkly installed. My issue is feature flag name is not shown back in JIRA when the JIRA task number gets saved to LaunchDarkly custom properties.
