Add Confluence to a free plan

Hi, I can't add Confluence to my site.. what is going on?

Message say (if I translated it correctly) that you are trying to do this with account without admin privileges on your site. Please check if you are using right account.

Hi Sebastian, thank you for your reply. Yes you translated correctly and I am the admin. If I try to add Confluence directly through the admin page, the message is similar: "Impossible to add app. It can happen when a site has delayed payments..etc.." , but I have the free version, so I can't understand..

If message mentioned delayed payments I suggest to contact with Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com) to clarify if you really have some delays.
