Add Child button on Initiative

Hi,

Where is the "Add a child issue" button on Initiative and other Issue Types higher in the hierarchy? I am not looking to go into the Plan every time I want to add one or two Epics to an Initiative, or Create the Epic and specify the Parent. I am specifically looking for functionality to add the child issue directly from the Parent Issue.
