Activity tab shows all the activities as 'Updated the planned start' and 'Updated the planned end'

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I go in activity() tab of my JIRA(self-hosted) I see activities like 'Updated the planned start' and 'Updated the planned end' with different team members against it.
I don't know why it can't show me a proper history of activities taken place. Please check the snapshot attached.
