Active Sprint Card Layout - Remove default field

In the company managed cloud version of Jira, when looking at my active sprint, I am trying to figure out how to remove the duplicated (Highlighted) item.  I have no additional fields added in "Card Layout."

Trying to remove highlighted item as it's a duplicate of the summary/title of the card.

Hi @Laurie Sciutti, Is this what you're looking for? Under the right column it has Reporter and Assignee at the top - nothing else

@Taylor ~ I believe what you're seeing is the issue Summary and Epic Link...

@Laurie Sciutti - I thought that might be the issue.  We have a custom 4-tier hierarchy, which the level of the card would have been considered an Epic in the out of the box hierarchy.

So, repeating that in a different way, what is showing as a default on the active sprint, is the Epic level, and because we made our cards have two levels above - it is displaying the summary/title of the "Epic" level card.

I assume there is no way to alter that without going back to the three level hierarchy, correct?
