Activating a workflow

I'm following the guidance here

When getting to the project settings I don't see the option of workflows to add a workflow scheme to my project. 

I'm signed in as admin. Is there anywhere else I need to check?

Here are the options I see

I expect you may be on TMP project. What do you see?

Yep…TMP. To edit your workflow in TMP click on the… In the top right corner of your board and select manage workflow. Please note that the ability to configure the workflow in TMP is much different than that of CMP.
