I keep receiving this email although I use my JIRA app.

We haven't seen you use your Jira app, on passages.atlassian.net, for a while so we wanted to check in. If you do not start using your app, it will be deactivated on 2026-03-17. This will not affect other apps that you are actively using.
As you can see, it says my account will be deleted on March 17th.
When I click the above link or the "Jump back to JIRA" button, I get right where I do my work.
How can I convince JIRA I am using it ?

I dug a little deeper.
I found this page : https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/ but this only seems to work once the account has been deactivated.
I also found out that I have 2 JIRA apps :
So maybe one of them is not "used" but they both seem to be the same and lead to the same page with the same contents.

This is one and the same instance.
On having a Cloud SaaS Jira these are standard apps.
