Action menu options overlapped with headers of context fields

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Two users are experiencing issues with the action menu (meatball menu) fields overlapped with headers of context fields.
Different fields overlapped depending on position of the sidebar with context fields.
Troubleshooting:
1) Reproduced this issue in different JSM projects
2) Cleared cache / cookies
3) Reproduced in another browser (Chrome, Edge) and in incognito mode (without allowed extensions)
4) Restarted laptop
5) Confirmed up-to-date software and the latest available Chrome / Edge version
