Accounts requesting access

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Recently we are receiving emails from noreply@mail.notifications.atlassian.com saying that <some email> has requested access to our atlassion.net environment. Some emails are non-personal emails such as noreply@gmail.com or accounts@unity3d.com. How did this happen? How can we control these settings?
Even after posting this message I got such an email. See below.
Any help greatly appreciated.
