Account suspension notice with user limit, even though I only use it with 5 people

I use Jira Atlassians with a team of 5 employees, but we are receiving a warning about the risk of account suspension, because we have exceeded the user limit, isn't the limit for 10 users? Can you help us, please?

Yes free plan offers up to 10 user for free in Jira Software, are you also using Jira Service Management?

Here the free tier is 3 agents, it might that all 5 of your users have a JSM license as well.

Have you confirmed the number of licensed users for your product?

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and click on the Overview tab it should show you all your products and the number of licensed users for each one.

You may have only 5 people currently using the product, but you may have more than 5 people licensed to use the product if you have not been disabling former users who should no longer have access.
