Hi there, our account admin is locked out.
I can still access my account but can't add him back as I am not at admin. I tried to re-add him to our 'team' within jira but he didn't receive an email notification. Can you assist?

This as you are not an admin, you can't raise a support request.

This kind of problem I'd contact Atlassian support directly. You can get in contact with them here: https://support.atlassian.com/
You need to scroll to the bottom on that page, and make sure that you have loged in to your Atlassian account first.
