Access to sumUp is restricted - WHY?

Dear all, 

I would like to creat a dashboard for a project. I added to the issues a multiple choice field. I would like to make a statistic using "Grouped Filter Results (by sumUp)" or " Filter Results (by sumUp)" but the information "Access to sumUp is restricted" is showed - why?

Your admins have not granted you the permission to use it (or restricted it, annoyingly, sumup does restricted access, a different model to the rest of Jira)

Get them to go to Admin -> Sumup Administration -> Settings and check the access permissions.
