Access to Spaces

We have a shared space called UIIDDA Requests that is accessible to multiple teams. Everything was functioning properly until recently, when our CA Team lost access.

When I attempted to re-add them, I encountered the following error (see details below).

Could anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?2025-12-18_12-24-09.jpg

Hash 2FUSUZ
Trace ae53311b3e594d1ba7744541a7b44951

I work in Infrastructure so and we also use Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, so with that said that error usually means Microsoft rejected the request on their side when you tried to add the user or guest.
What it’s basically saying:

  • “We can’t add anyone right now” → Microsoft’s system didn’t accept the request
  • The Hash and Trace numbers are just internal Microsoft reference IDs. They don’t explain the issue by themselves, but Microsoft Support can use them to see what went wrong.

    What to try next:
  • Try again later — sometimes this is just a temporary Microsoft issue.
  • Double-check licenses and make sure user/guest additions aren’t restricted.
    • Check your SAML Entra Group
  • If it keeps happening, you may need to open a Microsoft Support ticket and share the Hash and Trace info with them.
