Access to Goals still pending after admin approval

I submitted a request for access to Goals. Our Jira admin has confirmed that he approved the request and assigned the necessary permissions to our team and project. However, the system still shows that my request is pending approval, and I do not have access to Goals. I have already tried logging out and back in, as well as clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists. Could you help me investigate why my access has not been activated and help me resolve this issue.

Well, it's a bit hard to debug this through forums, but did could you confirm internally that Org or User access admin have granted you app access to Goals?
To do this, someone would need to navigate to admin.atlassian.com > Directory > *select your user profile > grant you Goals "Users" app role

Once you have that, you should be able to switch to Goals app by using app switcher.
