I am experiencing access issues. Could you please advise on the process to request access to Jira Cloud (Production) on ibm.atlassian.net?

Since ibm.atlassian.net is a highly controlled enterprise instance, the native "Request Access" feature has been disabled. This means you cannot contact the admins via the Jira UI. You must use IBM's internal IT procurement and approval channels.

In this community we are mostly users of our own Jira instances. We have no access to your instance or insights into how the administrators of it want access requests submitted.
Were you previously able to access information on that site?
When was the last time you were able to access information on that site?
What is the exact problem you are encountering?
Ultimately your access issues need to be reported to the administrators of that instance. If you don't know how to do that I suggest that you start by talking to the people who told you to access that system, or told you that you should already have access to it.
