Access and Authentication Issue with Jira

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an access issue with Jira at the following address: https://colosolidaire.atlassian.net

When I try to access the project page, I first get an error message saying:

“An error has occurred on our end”
(Hash: 1KQE885)

Then, I am redirected to a page that says:

“You’ve already requested access”
We’ve already notified your administrator about your request for access to Jira on colosolidaire.atlassian.net. If it has been a while since your initial request, please contact your administrator for more information.

It seems there is an authentication issue or possibly a conflict between two accounts linked to my email address.

Could you please check whether my account is active and let me know how to restore access to Jira?

Hi @Nicolas Burdet , have you been able to resolve your issue? 

If not, do you have a Jira Administrator / Organisation Administrator you can contact about this? Or are you the (only) administrator?
