As part of our process in upgrading Jira software we download a copy of the source code for the version that we deploy. Has acess to source code been removed?

If it's not available in your My Atlassian I'd recommend contacting support.

Has access to source code been removed?

The nominated technical and billing contacts for a Server/Data Center product license should be able to access it via the Source Code page in MyAtlassian. However, it was mentioned recently in this thread in the Dev Forum that the downloading of the sources of some versions of Jira Server Core had been paused due to CVE-2023-22515.

I'd suggest having the appropriate person in your organisation contact Atlasssian directly to find out if they / that version are affected by the current 'embargo' on downloading the source.
