Can we create Advance Roadmaps / PI plans , sprints,Teams and boards in Standard License version of jira colud

Welcome to the community,Yes you can create sprints,Teams and Boards(Scrum and kanban) in Jiracloud Standard plan But Advanced Roadmaps (also known as Plans) are only available in the Premium and Enterprise tiers of Jira Software Cloud

In the Standard plan, you have:

Timeline
Epics, issues, and dependencies within a single project
Board-level views only
