Hi,

I try to install the JIRA via my own db but ı get the below message;

JIRA startup failed and "Unable to load values for CacheKey[entityName=jira.properties,entityId=1]"

Sounds like it can't read your database correctly.  We'll need more detail to debug this.

i use the Sql Server 2012  and ı just install JIRA the last step which database connection test succeed then when ı want to access JIRA this message appear

Ok, you'll need to read further back through the logs to find the actual error that's causing this.
