About Business Hours

Hello,
We work 9 hours in the company. Lunch is not included. Can I define business hours in JIRA without including lunch? 5 p.m. on BigPicture when I show 9 hours of work. Departure appears, but our check-out time is 6 p.m.

For jira software cloud, the business hours is the working hours in time tracking setting right?

If i am missing some part of the problem, can you explain?

Yes, I updated the total working hours to 9 hours here.

I can't set the business hour here in BigPicture.

Ah understood.. You should be able to drag drop the purple area representing the time window and adjust it
