Is this on global level or space level and what type of space (team or company managed).
But as you receive a hash with a trace code, its usually an instance issue.
Then you will need to raise a support request with Atlassian Support, provide the hash and trace information on the issue (you will need to be an admin of the instance, to raise a request)
