Ability to restrict moving an issue to sprints only within my project (and not into sprints of other projects)

When moving an issue to another sprint, I have the choice to move that issue into sprints of all other projects. An error is easily made, and thus that issue would move to another project...

Is there a way to restrict moving an particular issue into only sprints of that particular project?

Sprints belong to boards, not projects, so I'm afraid you can't really do it.  There's no direct sprint:project relationship that could be used to check.
