I am currently trying to build out reports for 8 separate scrum teams, each of these teams were trying to run scrum in some form for the last year prior to me coming on board. Each of the teams has a 4 sprints prior to the last 3 showing on their velocity reports.
These sprints are no longer relevant in terms of velocity considering we have radically altered the way we use story points.
After talking with the team that handles our JIRA, they're telling me there's no way to do this... Am I in fact going to have to show a report that has 4 out dated sprints for each team?
