We have the Jira cloud app installed on our Slack, and we can use it to create jira tickets from within Slack.
However, when doing so, it opens a long form with all the fields we have in Jira, and many of them are not relevant when opening a ticket. We would like to configure which fields to show in the form in Slack. Is there a way to do so? Is there some screen I can point to that will hold the required fields?
We weren't able to find anything of that sort.

Currently its not possible to configure the Slack fields. We have a feature request to address this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-83249
