AUI info box randomly started showing on our transition screens and hiding the assignee field

We created a new workflow yesterday but haven't assigned it to anything yet. At that time the current resolution screens for incidents and service requests started displaying an AUI info message on the transition screens for the resolution only, and hides the assignee field when it's populated. No other transition screens are affected. I cannot figure out how to get rid of it, or better yet, why it is showing up.
