API tokens are not accepted - JIRA custom apps

We are not able to save the API tokens from the Admin account. All the tokens we have are not accepted in the apps page. As a result we are getting authentication issues when loading the app. 

We are able to get the information in the localhost but it is not loading the JIRA app after installation.
