Hi @BegoFts welcome to the community. You don't mention whether you are using Jira in the Cloud or Jira Server (Data Center). From viewing Atlassian's Jira site, it appears if you are using Server, that this issue has been addressed and you may need to update to newer software.
On that same site, if you are using Jira Cloud, that functionality is not yet available. You can vote for and watch this ticket for more information.
