I have a similar issue.  I changed the icons and Structure is not updating them to the new icon.

Hello @Avi Bachar & @Max DiOrio ,

Thank you so much for reaching out to our support team on this as well! I wanted to post what we found here so that other users, encountering a similar issue, will be able to find the solutions.

In Avi's case, Structure On-prem, we found that the Jira base URL declared by Admin was not the same as the public URL. We were able to determine this by reviewing the HAR Network Report . Structure was calling the base URL to load the images, but was not receiving a response. The mismatch was corrected and Structure was then able to call for the images successfully.

In Max's case, Structure Cloud, we found that when updating Issue Types, the event that Structure looks for to indicate a refresh is required is not created. Here, the images were updated but the old images were cached by Structure. Waiting for the cache to clear (typically every 4hrs) was the solution. The new images were reflected in Structure after some time.

Thank you both again for working with us on this! Hopefully other users will be able to use this post to find value here as well!

Best,
David Niro
