AI button is not visible in my tasks

Hello, I activated the new AI feature for all my products, but the AI button don't show up in my tasks. In Confluence everything is working but not in Jira Software. How can I activate the button?

Congrats! This early access feature isn't available to everyone.


I did some digging and saw this Atlassian Intelligence (AI ) feature is only available for Premium and Enterprise plans in Jira Service Management but I can't tell from your question if this applies to you.

Atlassian also says they "can't guarantee specific timing for when you'll get access."

Thank you. I already have access but not in Jira Work. Would be great if the AI also added to Jira work. For me the AI was the reason to switch to Jira.
