Cloud Jira Company Instance -----
Our ADFS Certificate wexpired and now we are unable to login including Admins.
In order to avoid interruption to services that are subscribed to, we must update their end with our new certificate. Can someone please help us with
1) Reaching out to Atlassian support for a priority ticket
2) Alternative way to update certificates if unable to login with company ID.
I am posting this question via gmail account as we cannot even login on the support portal for Atlassian to help us.
