AD login but still getting error message

We use AD for login but the user would get the same message when the first attempt log in failed.  Is there a cache or something that we need to clear the browser before it check AD again on the second or subsequent attempt?

Can you tell us what application you are Talking about (i.e. Crowd, Jira, Confluence)?

  1. What changed did you prior?
  2. What do you want to happen?
  3. What error message do you receive?
