I have 2 projects: A and B.

For project A, I have create a project automation rule, it could help me to create a new issue to project B.

For project B, I have create another project automation rule. If issue create, send me a mail.  If I manually create a new issue, the mail sent normally. If the issue is create by automation rule from project A, the mail will not send.

I need your help me, thanks.

Hi Yin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

On the Rule Details page, make sure you select the box so that the rule can be executed by the actions of another rule.

Hi @Yin Su

If it trigger when you do it manually but not from an automation, I think you just need to check the "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule." in the Rule Detail section.
