A cloned ticket assigned to me in To-Do status is not showing up under My Open Issues.

Hi Amruta, welcome to the Communnity. The Community is largely made up of users like yourself. As such we do not have access to your instance. With that said let me see if I can assist you here.

So "My open issues" is defined by the following: Assignee = currentuser() AND Resolution is empty. So one of the following is the cause for the issue not showing in your list:

  • you are not the assignee
  • the Resolution is not empty
  • there is a bug

Check the first two as I doubt there is a bug here. My guess is that you cloned an issue that may have had the Resolution set but just a guess here.
