Hi @Nelphy Rose Siby 

It is an alert that your project will be moving away fully from this current workflow as no other issue types mapped to this current workflow. 

If that is fine with you, you can proceed to finish. The workflow will not be deleted and you can switch back again if needed.

Thank you for your comment. So this means, when I click on publish after this, the new workflow will be active and the current one will be removed right?

Yes. The current one will be unassociated and still available under inactive workflows if not used by another projects
