8 digit verification code not being delivered to the emails associated to the accounts

Hi Team,

We are unable to receive any email notifications from Jira for some members of the team.

Therefore, we are currently stuck on the new 8 digit verification code requests, which is now newly shown after logging in with the credentials and a 6 digit verification code with the authenticator.

Do let us know if you would need any more information and kindly request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

Have you asked any of these users to check their...

• Personal email notifications settings?
• Spam folder?

If neither show any issue, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support for this one :)

We have checked the Personal Email notification settings and Spam + Junk folders too and still we were unable to receive the mail for any of those users. 

I have raised a private support request as well. Thank you for editing my post. :)
