415 (Unsupported Media Type)

Hello, I have trouble about create issue ticket on react.js that when I send request 

/rest/api/3/issue with postman ticket create successful but same body same content type I want send request from react.js with axios or fetch I met with 415 (Unsupported Media Type).

Note:
I check Content-Type but it didin't work.
Body's input is correct because postman not show me any error.

First i met with cors error and add mode: 'no-cors' and fix that after that I see this error.

Please support me.

You need to make sure that you are authenticating properly.  Check and make sure that you are properly passing your credentials.
