Not sure why this could happen. But be aware that a better alternative to this limited Jira report is the Release Burndown Burnup Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. It works with any type of estimates, can include sub-tasks and can display a prediction. Can be user cross-teams for project overall burndown or as epic burndown.
