2GB limit in JIRA Exceeding

Teena
March 10, 2021

We  have currently exceeded the 2GB limit in JIRA and would like to get a "List of JIRA Tickets with largest files" This will enable us to clean up for some space.

Please note the information can only be retrieved from the backend database which is only accessible by Altassian staff. We were able to get some help on this from the community but not able to extract the "List of JIRA Tickets with largest files" and had to revert to support team from JIRA.

Hi @Teena , I guess you will need to write some simple App which will go through all the issues and will check attachment's metadata using this REST API endpoint:
