2FA One Time Password (TOTP) from 1Password stopped working

I had activated 2FA and configured the TOTP in 1Password successfully for logging in. I've been using it for months. Today, it stopped accepting the code as valid despite multiple attempts when the TOTP had renewed.

I finally used my Secret Key to login then disabled 2FA. Now, when I try to reactivate 2FA the TOTP is still not accepted during the setup process for 2FA.

Did something change in how one time passcodes are generated / validated in Jira? I'm using 1Password TOTP for many other sites without seeing any issues so I'm suspicious that this is a 1Password issue.

Figured out my Windows workstation is not syncing time properly, so the code wasn't calculating properly.
