2 step authentication fails

HI,

My Jira instance id is https://financialsoftwaresystems.atlassian.net/ and my SEN id is SEN-3189260. 

I enabled 2 way authentication for my JIRA admin id using Google authenticator android mobile application. It was working fine for first few months. recently, when I login I entered my admin user id and password and for the second level authentication, when  I key the exact value which displayed in my mobile app, it fails t login. I got an error message saying that my pin was incorrect. 

Later I was able to login using the 24 character unique key (backup key, which I stored during the 2 level authentication setup) So far I have reset my 24 character unique key three times.  I do not want to reset them again. 

Request you to help in this regards.  How to enable my two way authentication to work properly as earlier.
