2 software projects but different template

i have 2 software projects but the they display different user and admin views, i dont understand why

My guess is you chose different project templates - software has Kanban and Scrum to get you started and they lead to quite different project setups.

i want to change the actual template to other because i dont want to see some options in the sidebar menu

You can't change templates, they're only used at project create time.  But if you create a new board for a project of the other type, and then get rid of the fields you don't want, you'll have re-shaped the project from one to the other.

ok, can i export all the records to import in another new proyect template?

Yes, but it will be a lot easier to simply create a new project and use "bulk edit" to move the issues to the new project.

Bulk edit will only move the issues, and if you have different workflows in the target project, then it will walk you through the migration.
