1. By entering to safe mode all the addon will disable. But we can also disable the add on directly. So why to enter the safe mode?

2. services that come under system, i went though the Atlassian document but i am not that much clear about that, so help me with understanding abut the use of services.

Hello,

1. If you have many plugins, then it is more convenient to use the safe mode, because it will disable all user installed add-ons. You do not need to click many times. Moreover when you exit the safe mode, only add-ons, which were enabled upon entering the safe mode, will be enabled. And it also saves your time to memorize, which add-ons should not be enabled.

2. Could you provide documentation, where you found the services that come under system term?

There are also several ways an App can break and prevent itself from being disabled.  Safe mode can bypass that so you can still disable it while you investigate.

You can not disable these services. You can delete them. I just wonder, why you want to disable them?
