「空のOrganisationを削除したい（Freeプラン）」

こんにちは。

誤って自分のAtlassianアカウントで別のOrganisationを作成してしまったようです。
現在、このOrganisationには製品（JiraやConfluenceなど）も課金情報も存在しておらず、
完全に空の状態です。

しかし、「Delete organisation（組織の削除）」ボタンがグレーアウトしており、
自分では削除できません。

私は無料プランを使用しているため、サポートチケットを作成することもできません。
このような場合、どのように削除を依頼すればよいでしょうか？

もし同じような経験をされた方や、削除依頼の方法をご存じの方がいらっしゃれば
教えていただけると助かります。

通常、製品の新しいサブスクリプションを設定すると、新しい組織が作成されます。

組織を削除するには、その組織内のすべての製品サブスクリプションをキャンセルする必要があります。

キャンセルリクエストの処理と、製品および関連するすべての情報が完全に削除されるまでには、時間がかかる場合があります。製品の完全な削除が完了するまで、組織を削除することはできません。

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

A new Organization is generally created when you set up a new subscription to a product.

To delete an Organization you have to cancel all product subscriptions within that Organization.

It can take some time for the cancellation requests to be processed and for the products and all their related information to be permanently deleted. You won't be able to delete the Organization until that permanent product deletion is completed.

Hello.

I accidentally created another organization in my Atlassian account,
and now this organization has no products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or billing information - it
's completely empty.

However, the "Delete organisation" button is greyed out and
I can't delete it myself.

I'm on the free plan, so I can't even create a support ticket,
so how do I request it be removed?

If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to request deletion,
I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
