新課題ビューについて：鍵マークはどこ？（表示対象の選択）

旧バージョンでは、コメント欄と送信ボタンの間に

表示対象を選択する鍵マークがありましたが、

新バージョンでは、アイコンがなくなっていました。

表示対象の選択はどのようにすればよいでしょうか？

Currently, it's not possible to restrict comments on the new issue view. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
