我在 试用了 jira-software standard 版本到期后， 没有添加 信用卡信息， 准备退回到 free 版本。 要如何操作？
目前我的 jira-software 状态是 suspend。 我还可以访问 jira-software， 但是其他的人 显示都是无法访问。
