在一个项目中，有一个字段Epic Link，想填写这个字段，其选项只能在这个项目中选择，不是全局的，应该要怎么限制这个字段选项（另外举个例子，在创建A项目的issue时，epic link不会显示B项目的Epic link），而且这个限制只针对这一个项目

但它是团队管理的还是公司管理的。如果团队管理这些类型的项目，则不使用 Epic Link 字段。他们使用父级。
