可以设置工作流，在流转【状态】时必须补充填写【自定义字段】，否则无法成功流转吗？场景：面对缺陷管理时，每个状态需要不同的角色完整填写内容，再流转到工作流的下一个状态。

目前在Jira Cloud中区分team-managed和company-managed两种类型的Project。
对于前者来说，你的需求是无法实现的 ，因为它仅支持"Simple configuration for multiple workflows"
对于后者来说，你可以通过工作流中的“Customizable workflows, statuses and issue transitions”来实现，你可以详细看一下Atlassian关于Workflow的帮助文档，利用Conditions,Validators等配置来实现。
