中文版jira在创建冲刺时候默认设置的时间格式不对，导致报错：“11/三月/22 02:41 AM”不是有效日期。请按下列格式输入日期：dd/MMM/yy h:mm a。尝试了一下因为默认值是AM而不是上午导致校验出错
