Trelloでは、カードにチェックリストを追加できます。
JIRAのサブタスクには、チェックリストに相当するものはないでしょうか？

無い場合、代替え手段はないでしょうか？
(カスタムフィールドを駆使する、など)

Atlassian is currently rolling out action items that you can use in paragraph custom fields, as you can see here:

I see it available in some sites I use and in others it is not there yet, but definitely underway!
