When was the last time you successfully accessed that site?
What message do you get when you try to access it now?
Are you the owner of the site or a user that does not have administrator access?

Have you been paying for your subscription?
Atlassian has a policy about deactivating Free subscriptions that are inactive for an extended period of time. That period of inactivity has historically been 120 days, but Atlassian has not published that as a guaranteed time period.
They will send an email to the Organization Admin and Billing Contact and Site Admin when the subscription has been inactive too long. They will send another email when they deactivate the subscription.
Did you receive such emails?
You should be able to access your subscription information at https://admin.atlassian.com/billing to see if your subscription is still active.
It is also possible that your site is within a maintenance window and unavailable due to that. Check this documentation for information on maintenance windows.

Atlassian keeps the data for a limited period of time after deactivating a subscription. That amount of time can be a short at 15 days or as long as 60 days.
If the subscriptions are listed on the Inactive tab you may be able to reactivate them using the guidance in this document:

However, you may find that your data is not restored during reactivation if it has already been deleted.
